All the Meridian Flushes work on clearing stuck energies from the meridians. The meridians are the energetic lines that run through the body, bringing life force energy to the various parts of the body. Any Meridian Flush will work on removing stuck energy from the meridians, which helps the physical body heal, according to Chinese medicine.
The following are descriptions of each Meridian Flush from the manual-
Meridian Flush Level 1- Removes bad energy from one’s body and clears up the energy pathways in the body, thereby improving energy flow and distribution.
Meridian Flush Level 2-Is an energy cleaning tool. Once activated it begins to cleanse your meridian system automatically. The energy is conscious, and it releases blockages as it moves through your meridians.
Meridian Flush Level 3-“Releasing the past”-Provides a very gentle cleanse of the energy system with a specific intent of releasing past issues.
Meridian Flush Level 4 –“Embracing the present”-Used to clear away and finish the energies brought up in Meridian Flush 3. It is then also used on it own to help strengthen the energetic system and align you with spirit so you are in tune with the present.
Meridian Flush Level 5-“Yang/Male energy”– works on the yang or male energy. Balancing out the yang energies will help bring more assertiveness and strength to a person who is weak and indecisive; or, it will calm down a person who is too aggressive, violent, and angry. The yang energy is associated with daytime or the sun. Thus, in using this energy, you can also connect with the energy of the sun. Finally, use the yang energy if you are suffering from fatigue and need a pick me up.
Meridian Flush Level 6-“Yin/Female energy”works on the yin or female energy. Balancing out the yin energy will help women who have turned too much within, and help sooth men who have turned too much without.
Meridian Flush Level 7-“Insight”-works to bring insight
Meridian Flush Level 8-“Inspiration”-Brings the energy of inspiration
Meridian Flush Level 9-“Resistance”- Work on releasing resistance, resistance on the literal level as well as figurative level.
Meridian Flush Level 10-“Flow”-Brings the energy of flow. Flow is of course, easier without resistance.
