The best way to start channeling Universal Life Force Energy is to take the Reiki Level 1 course!

You will receive an Attunement to the energy to establish a connection and then after your Attunement you can channel and work with the energy.

For all of the Usui Reiki Levels the Attunement is done in “real time”. This means after you buy the course you will receive the manual through email, then we can schedule a time that works best for both of us for the Attunement. I am on Pacific Time. You will use the manual to learn how to work with the energy. All correspondence, scheduling and support is done through email. There is no video or voice call.

The Attunement is done through distance at a time that we will both agree on. You must wait 21 days between each Attunement.

Reiki Level 1 has no prerequisites.
