I understand that any guidance, insights, or energetic adjustments provided during my session are not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

I agree that if I have any medical concerns, I will consult a qualified healthcare provider before or after my session. I release the practitioner from any claims regarding health outcomes, including any physical, emotional, or psychological effects that may result from my participation in any Distant Energy Work Session , Distant Attunement , or Distant Reiki.
